General overview

We live in a suburb on the east side of Sacramento County, within 30 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport. We are centrally located in Northern California so you can easily use our home to hit major destinations such as San Francisco, Wine tasting in Napa, hiking in Yosemite National Park, skiing and lake activities at Lake Tahoe, a trip to the casinos in Reno Nevada. A little further drive you can see the lava beds at Lassen National Park, giant redwoods in Sequoia National Park, mountain climbing at Pinnacles National Park, and canyons at, you guessed it, Kings Canyon National Park. More local activities that we enjoy in California's capital city include boating/tubing on the Sacramento River, seeing concerts and basketball games at the new Golden One Center, seeing a drive-in movie right down the street from our home, golfing at the many courses in our area, visiting comedy clubs, and taking care of our 3four chickens who we absolutely adore. If you're interested in our home, please send us a message!

The space

Our home is 4Bd, 2Br place with an open kitchen/living room area. We have a good sized backyard where we have a garden, fruit trees, our chickens, and a patio with a gas fire pit and grill. We also have a garage with a pool table and giant magnetic scrabble mounted to the wall. Our front room also has a small bar and foosball set up. We also have a cat, Strider, who we usually give to our family when traveling.

Guest access

Our home is a single story with front door and garage access.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is a quaint suburb surrounded by adjacent courts. We are a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway for easy travel access.

Getting to my home

We recommend flying into Sacramento International Airport for convenience. San Francisco is usually a little cheaper, but it is more of a headache to navigate. From the Sacramento Airport we are a quick 25 minute drive depending on travel.

Nearest airport

Sacramento International Airport is about 20 miles away.

Getting around

We recommend using a car for transportation. There are also good public options like buses which are a short walk from our home, and often connect to light rail/Amtrak.
