General overview
We are a couple in our 40's with a 14 yr old son and we love to travel to tropical destinations in the winter but are open to all types of exchanges. Located in the quaint village of Pemberton, 25 minutes from Whistler; we live on the outskirts of town in farm country and are surrounded by gorgeous 360 degree mountain views.
The space
We have a two bedroom suite in our home that is rented out to close friends/long term tenants that could assist with any needs throughout your stay. We would mostly be interested in a reciprocal exchange for our space shown in photos, the upper three bedroom level. There is a giant deck off the back of the house and a hot tub.
Notes
We have 1 dog and 2 cats. Our dog could stay with a friend but would prefer not to have to send the cats elsewhere. The cats are very independent, have in and out privileges and could be fed by friends if you didn't want the hassle.

Neighbourhood
There is a farm/craft brewery where they grow their own hops and brew beer on site within walking distance. We are on a no thru road with river access at the end of the road.
Getting to my home
We have a Jeep Wrangler and may be interested in a vehicle exchange if it can be reciprocated.
Nearest airport
Vancouver airport (YVR) is the closest major airport.
Getting around
We live 10 minutes outside of the Pemberton Village for groceries, dining etc.
