General overview
We have a big 2 story family home that sleeps 7 in the heart of Peoria. It has 4 bedrooms, outdoor TV, a pool and a great backyard for grilling and watching sports or movies. Its a few blocks away from restaurants, shopping mall, grocery stores, entertainment. If you are into NFL games or Hockey we are 15 min away from their stadiums. Also within 15 min drive to beautiful hiking mountains and of course 1.5 hr drive to the Iconic Sedona.
The space
4 Bedrooms- 1King, 2Queen and 1 single bed. 2 living rooms. Full access to internet and subscriptions ( HBO, Netflix, Disney, Internet ect.) We have a pool with a waterfall feature, the kids love jumping off of it.
* All bedrooms are upstairs

We do have a pool and life jackets available as well as a pool fence that can be put up if you have small children.
