General overview
Great community with lots of amenities including Johnson Ranch championship golf course, free pitch and putt and disc golf, community pools, pickleball/tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts, hot tubs, BBQ ramadas and 10 minutes away from great mountain biking and hiking.
Johnson Ranch was ranked as the #7 master planned community.
Close enough to all major sporting and cultural events in Phoenix/Scottsdale but quiet enough to have a truly relaxing visit.
The space
3 bedroom with a bonus room. 3 beds with a king, queen and bunk. The bonus room has a futon and we have a double air mattress if you need room for more than 6. If you have someone under 5'6" the chaise is crazy comfy to sleep on. Call dibs though because the futon is not very comfy.
A variety of bicycles to use. 3 sets of assorted golf clubs you are welcome to use. An assortment of balls, racquets, and other sporting goods.
Guest access
2 floors with all bedrooms on the second floor. Master has an ensuite and a shared bath for the other 2 bedrooms.
Notes
The southeast valley has great access to both Phoenix and a bit further away to Tucson.
If you love to hike, run or bike you can do it all with the San Tan Mountains right by, the Superstitions about 40 minutes away and Catalina State Park roughly an hour away.

Quiet family oriented community close to grocery stores and several restaurants.
Getting to my home
If you are flying in and need a rental car, look at renting off site from the airport. The Phoenix Sky Harbour shuttle train now provides a free shuttle to downtown Phoenix that may save you alot on airport fees.
Mesa-Gateway is extremely handy if you are close to a US Regional Carrier.

Mesa-Gateway Airport is 15 minutes away and Phoenix Sky Harbour is 45 minutes away.
Getting around
Within walking distance to a Fry's grocery store plaza with restaurants, fast food options and an assortment of shops.
