General overview
Charming town house, 3 levels, very bright, with a private backyard, and a fireplace.
We've been living here for 35 years, my kids grew up in this house, they now live overseas and I want to travel and spend time with them and my two grand-kids.
The spirit of the house reflects my personal values: simplicity, sharing and joy.
The space
Cosy and welcoming house! Very airy and bright living room, with a small outside patio. A few stairs get you to the private backyard, where outdoor table/chairs and barbecue make it the perfect place to spend some time during spring or summer.
Facing South, very bright and pleasant.
Guest access
3 levels: when entering the house you’ll access the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom and access by stairs to the private backyard and the two other floors.
Upper level is accessible by stairs, and offers a large area in the attic, with 2 double beds.
The lower level is also accessible by stairs. It has a large double bed.
Notes
Very quiet area, street with limited speed limit.
It is a very pleasant house, in a friendly neighborhood with people always ready to start a conversation, help each other, it feels like being in a small village, on the edge of Paris.
Walking distance, 15 minutes away you'll enjoy the very wooded Park of Guilands, its lakes, a stadium, playgrounds, fitness equipment...
