General overview
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, an office, an outdoor entertaining area and enclosed front and back yard. It’s a bright, clean and spacious split level house on the great ocean road. We have a beach, coastal walks, art galleries, gourmet food trails, boutique shops, cafes & restaurants, performing arts centre and many other attractions in and around town. Within 10mins drive we have a Volcano crater that can be driven through or explored via the walking tracks, on the drive you can see Koala's, Kangaroos and Emu's. A car will be available for the exchange where needed.

3 steps at front entrance and split level inside (sorry no wheelchair access).
Notes
Our home is strictly non smoking. Your welcome to smoke outside but please dispose of the butts in the bin.
Our home is also a shoes off home and I’d appreciate it if you didn’t wear your shoes inside.
We have high cleanliness standards and will treat your home as we do our own.

Getting to my home
Car from airports Avalon (2hours) or Melbourne (3hours). There’s also a train from Melbourne to Warrnambool. Bus stop is 1 minute walk from our house, this takes you into town/shopping centres or train station. Car is not essential but will help you enjoy our region better. You can walk into town too. Taxi’s & Ubers are available here also.
Nearest airport
Avalon is a small domestic & international airport (2 hours) and Melbourne is the major domestic & international airport.
Getting around
Bus into town is a 2 minute walk away. Walking into town is possible but a car is best to explore our whole area!
