The space

** COMING SOON! ** We are currently building a ski in ski out chalet in Panorama BC! Enjoy the amazing outdoors here in BC Canada available this winter and on..(2024). Hiking, skiing, hot pools, gyms, saunas, restaurants etc etc! Year round outdoor paradise!! 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, private oasis yard with private hot tub Check out Panorama Mountain Resort! We love LONG exchanges!! We travel full time and prefer exchanges of 1 month + in particular. Winter wonderland, private hot tub, and snowshoeing (4 sets provided) Ski at Blue Mountain in Collingwood We have STARLINK internet!! Brand new and fully functional, you will find three bedrooms and one bathroom all on one floor. A huge gourmet kitchen for all your cooking needs, and although the home may be small in stature, it hosts beautifully. There is space for everyone! Out your front door you will find the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay. Most days the water is placid and still allowing for visibility up to 200 feet! You will see the escarpment easily while you kayak along (one kayak available for use!) Out the back door, once you pass the cozy private, wooded backyard (complete with hot tub!) is the famous Bruce Trail - Canada’s longest and oldest trail! Right from our access point you can hop on the side trail to the Devils Monument (where parking is often full by 9am!) if you don’t fancy kayaking there instead. Tobermory is a 30 minute drive where you fill of shops, restaurants and the famous Grotto (located in Bruce National Park) as well as Flowerpot Island and Manitoulin Island. Tobermory is Canada’s fresh water diving and snorkelling capital due to its sunken ships and water clarity. Lions Head, just 25 min south of us is equally charming and family friendly with one of the only sandy beaches on the bay. We do rent out our home during the high season and for this reason can not swap during this time, but spring, autumn and winter are JUST as beautiful, with half the crowds! Cleaning fee of $250

We are a young family of 5 that have fallen in love with traveling. Our jobs allow us the freedom to travel and we would like to do so with our children. We are an active healthy family that loves to spend our time outdoors. We have made our living investing in real estate. We take great pride and care in our home and rest assured, will with yours as well. Our children are kind and gentle and very well behaved. Your home will be in loving hands. In 2018 we house swapped all the way around the globe on a family gap year. It was incredibly successful and we look forward to continuing the adventures in 2021.
