General overview
We live in an amazing area; wake up to sunrise on the Chesapeake Bay or drive into Washington, DC or Annapolis.
Our neighorhood is quiet, friendly and safe. Fish/crab off the pier, kayak, search for sharks teeth and seaglass at the community beach or gaze at the stars from the HOT TUB. Groceries, restaurants, tiki bars, fishing charters, boat tours, hiking trail and water park are an easy 10 minute drive. Short drive into Washington, DC. and Annapolis; or take a day trip to New York City on the Big Bus!. Paula is a local so can provide tips on access to all.
The space
Upstairs: Spacious king master bedroom with desk, overstuffed chair, tv, space to exercise, full bathroom (shower) with lots of natural light. Wake up to sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay. Two queen bedrooms (one with a desk) and another full tub/shower bathroom.
Downstairs: Large kitchen, dining room and front table, seating for 12. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Office with *pull-out double bed mattress and egg crate foam topper. Beautiful open space living room over looking the bay. There is also a full unfinished basement (accessible from outside only) to store bikes, etc. A large driveway is available for 4 cars.

Hot tub, firepit, kayak, picnic table, outside chairs, pier furniture and umbrella on the property.
*boat and jet ski on the pier belong to family members who may come to the pier to use while you are in our home. Not for guests use.

The neighborhood is great for a walk, a car is needed for groceries, restaurants. Small coastal area with 10 waterfront Tiki bar/restaurant, and grocery store within 10 minute drive.
Our house is easy to live in. Please leave $150 towards cleaning fee.
Getting to my home
3 international airports 1-1.5 hours away. Reagan National (DCA), Baltimore Washington (BWI) and Dulles International (IAD). Or drive, 30 minutes from Washington beltway and metro system. A car is needed to get around our area.

DCA or BWI, both about 1 hour drive. Dulles, 1.5 hours away.
Getting around
Drive 10 minutes to many restaurants, groceries, stores, marinas, music venues, chrter boat fishing, water park.
