General overview

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Our lovely unit is located on the banks of the beautiful Maroochydore River, the area is popular with locals for it's fishing and water based activities. The large balcony takes advantage of it's northerly aspect, the perfect place to take it all in as you sip on your morning coffee or if you prefer, watching the sunset with glass of wine in the afternoon. The balcony offers 180 degree views of the river and beyond, including Mount Coolum in the distance. Our unit may be modest but the location certainly makes up for that, you are literary walking distance to everything - World class surf beaches, award winning restaurants and bars, National parks, fun activities & attractions, a major shopping center and movie cinema, cycling and walking paths. Push bikes and helmets, fishing gear and Kayaks can be provided if that's what you wish.

The space

A comfortable, airconditioned 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit - located on the 3rd floor with easy access from the underground carpark via lift. Main bedroom has a queen-size bed, large wardrobe and ensuite, a glass sliding door opens out onto the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe. Our unit has full kitchen with all the mod cons. Laundry, dining and lounge area with flat screen TV and WIFI. 2nd bathroom consists of bath/shower, hand basin and 2nd toilet. A BBQ area is available and located on the roof of the complex. Resort style pool and spa can be used by the guests staying in the complex. Unfortunately your pets cannot stay with you while you are here.

Guest access

Access is via the underground carpark or main entrance. Keys/swipe cards are needed to enter the complex. Parking is available in allocated carpark or out the front of the building in public car parking - parking limits may apply.

Notes

We plan to travel sometime in 2023 and open to any destinations and types of accommodation, we would love to holiday in a long boat and travel canals or a houseboat on a lake, maybe a log cabin in the mountains or a tent in the desert. We have now opened up our lovely unit for PLU members. Please note - we don't live in our unit it is in a pool of Holiday Let units, bookings can be taken well in advance - especially in our school holidays periods - Christmas, Easter - June and September.
