General overview
The location is amazing. It's in Neukölln, right at the border of Kreuzberg. The rest of the city is just a few subway stops away, which is right outside the door. You can walk to the canal, parks, and the infamous Tempelhofer Feld.
The apartment is on the top floor facing the courtyard, meaning it's a green view and quiet, despite the central location.
It's a classic, traditional "Altbau" style apartment with funky details and double windows. It's nothing modern fancy, but cute.
