General overview
My home is a bright and cozy house, spacious. Lovely green spacious. It is very comfortable for 4 people
The space
My house have two floors, the top floor with three bedrooms, one of them with balcony, and a terrace. On the floor below, the kitchen, living room, a room with fireplace, garage, and the cellar. I have a garden that I care a lot.
Guest access
As there are two floors the access to the bedrooms is difficult for people with dissability.

La Plata city is 50 km from Buenos Aires. It emerged from an urban planning, so it has a particular urban layout
It is one of the cultural and academic centers of the country.
It has avenues and diagonals, squares and parks (one every 7 blocks)
In the centre, in Moreno square you will find the neo-Gothic cathedral. In this square you will also find the german renaissance-style Municipal palace.
The Natural Science Museum has a large collection of exhibitions on natural history.

Neighbourhood
It is a very well connected neighborhood with different points of the city. It is also easy to exit to Buenos Aires. There are all kind of shops
Getting around
We have a green boulevard in front of the house. There is a stadium next to the house, where sometimes there are football matches or recitals
