The space

* Semi-detached house (105 m 2 ) with space in front of the facade for your car. *A stone's throw from the center where there are: bakeries, butchers, restaurants, various snacks, breweries, post office, florist, distributor, breweries, pharmacies... * In the village, a little further from the center are: 1 restaurant and a food store. * 400 meters from the house is a very small playground for your children from 6 to 12 years old, behind our house a few meters from the walks / bike rides in the fields. --------------------------------------- * GROUND FLOOR : Living room, dining room with a pellet stove, laundry room, equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, American fridge, fryer, popcorn machine, senseo, toaster, barbecue table... small terrace of 5m2 (with table + chairs or swimming pool according to your desires). --------------------------------------- * FIRST FLOOR : *** A bathroom including: WC + a spacious bath / shower with incorporated radio light *** A bedroom with 2 beds: 1 adult bed + 1 single child bed separated by a small partition for more privacy. *** A 4th extra bedroom (small 5m2) can be available with an inflatable mattress for 2 people (on request) --------------------------------------- * UNDER THE EAVES : A bedroom comprising: a double bed and two children's mattresses on the floor, separated from the bed by blackout curtains. Books, games, toys, consoles, mini skateboard, 1 boy's bike, dinette, barbie house, various toys for our children available. --------------------------------------- * TERRACE a small terrace of 5m2 to relax will welcome you with: a tubular swimming pool of 2.60 x1.20 to enjoy with your children in summer as well as 4 chairs and a table to take your meals outside or I can remove the swimming pool if you want a larger space at your convenience. --------------------------------------- * GARDEN SEPARATE FROM THE HOUSE (+/-100m2) an accessible garden is 200 meters from the house, to relax on the grass, take picnics or other, I can install a table and chairs if you wish --------------------------------------- AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE: * A maxi cozy stroller, a changing table + bathtub, a wooden playpen, a high chair, an awakening mat, a musical swing (provide a travel cot).

We are parents Lindsay (36 years old) and Miguel (43 years old) of 2 daughters Alexia (14 years old) and Shaina (9 years old).
