Neighbourhood

Peace & quiet, ducks in the lake, occassional sighting of coyote, one gator in the lake in the 23 years I've lived here. We have three cats and four chickens. Easy access to downtown Maitland and Lake Lily that offer several restaurants and a grocery store.

Nearest airport

Orlando airport is 20 miles away, Sanford airport is 15 miles away.

Getting around

Guests can walk .6 mile to Maitland City Center for Sunday farmers market or restaurants (some are closer).
