General overview
Our 2 story home is in a secure gated community. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a loft upstairs. There is a level main entrance with the kitchen, dining room, living room pool table room and a half bathroom on the main floor. There is a built in BBQ in back yard with a patio and eating area for the warn evenings. There is a community pool and hot tub that is a 1 minute walk from the front door. The house is located 20 minutes south of Old Scottsdale shopping and tourist attractions. The house is also across the street from an excellent 27 hole golf course. The large Chandler shopping mall is a 10 minute drive. The area has many excellent restaurants. There is always something to do in the Phoenix area. Hiking, shopping, sightseeing, watching professional sports, theatre etc. The desert scenery is very different and amazing to experience.

The house is 2137 sq. ft. or 198.53 sq. meters on two levels.
There is a small back yard with a view of the small pond and green space walkway.

There are 17 stairs up to the second floor bedrooms and loft.
Notes
This is a residential family gated community with most people going to work and school daily. Our home is a holiday home but we have. to respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum especially when coming or going late in the evening

Neighbourhood
It is a nice area to walk around. There is Golf, Shopping, Restaurants, Sports events, Hiking, Theater, Museums.
Many of the restaurants have excellent specials on food and drinks during Happy Hour.
Getting to my home
If arriving by airplane the best to get to the house is by taxi or a ride share company such as Lyft or Uber
Nearest airport
Their are two airports in Phoenix and they are both 20 minutes by car to our house.
Getting around
The Greater Phoenix area which includes Chandler where our house is located is a very spread out area. There an a number of highways that are used to get to most places. A car would be very useful once you arrive. There is also ride share such Lyft and Uber that are not too expensive
