General overview

This is an amazing relaxing Island home.  Plenty of space, speaking of space there is a very great possibility of seeing a launch from Kennedy Space Center which is also located on Merritt Island.  See dolphins and manatee in the canal behind the house at times.  8 min. to the Beach, 10 min. to Port Canaveral for a day cruise, fishing or an extended cruise.  If you are from Portugal or Spain you can even take a transatlantic cruise right into Cape Canaveral 10 min from my home.  It is  45 Min. to Orlando to visit with Micky and Minnie Mouse, at Disney World, Universal or the, aqua parks.   Swimming in the back yard your choice pool or canal.  Nearby: golf,  Jet Skiing, Boating, Surfing, Fishing, Zip Lines, Zoo  and much more nearby.  I own a Ford, King Ranch SUV, Very large seat 6 with room for luggage.  It can be available for Simultaneous both house and car swap only. (Proof of drivers license) Thank you.

The space

All water sports are at your own risk, Including Kayaks, paddle boarding, and swimming.  Check out time is 10 AM, unless already agreed to by the owner. You can leave you luggage in the private backyard enclosed patio if you need to.  Arrival time to discussed.
