Two story, historic home in the heart of Jackson, TN. Built in 1936, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with a lake view has tons of character. Swing set and toys for little ones plus games and electronics for older kids.
The space
In this 3 bedroom house, there are actually 5 beds (including the sofa bed and the day bed on the landing). The basement area is even utilized as a home gym. The fenced-in backyard is quite large for being in the middle of town. Plus, it backs up to the neighborhood lake where ducks and geese can be fed from the dock adjacent to the property. The property is very close to the local health food store, restaurants, boutiques, and the local farmer’s market.

Neighbourhood
Come see what Jackson, TN has to offer!! Jackson boasts a thriving local downtown community only five minutes away from the property. There you will find a local brewery, outdoor amphitheater where local artists regularly perform, shops, a gym, grocery store, restaurants, and the farmer’s market.
The biggest selling point for this property is its proximity between two major cities: Memphis and Nashville. Only 1 hour from Memphis and 2 hours from Nashville - you can easily turn your vacation into a multi-destination trip by splitting up your time between these two major music and culturally rich cities. You don’t want to miss this!
Jackson is also close to multiple state parks (Natchez Trace, Chickasaw (great for golf lovers), and Pinson Mounds) as well as the TN Safari Park. In addition to being in between Nashville and Memphis, Jackson is 1 hour away from the Discovery Park of America in Union City, TN. As you can you see, Jackson is called the Hub City because it is so close to EVERYTHING that West Tennessee has to offer.
