General overview

It is a nice 2,5 rooms apartment with two balconies (one to the East and one to the West). The apartment is on the second floor in a quiet street in the heart of Schöneberg. The area is lively until around midnight, when most of the restaurants, bars and cafés close or lower their volume. The neighbourhood is great, there is an open-air market (Winterfeldt Markt) at the next corner twice a week and there is a great variety of restaurants around. There are five metro lines about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

I like this flat very much, because it is comfortable for a couple (plus there is a big double mattress for guests), the neighbourhood is great and all the important parts of Berlin (Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte, Friedrichshain and Charlottenburg) are at 20-30 minutes distance by public transport or bike, Prenzlauerberg is 40 minutes away.
