General overview
A very bright townhouse in a small green setting not overlooked with a terrace. A large living/dining room open to the kitchen and the garden.
The house is very bright, the volumes ample. There are two real bedrooms and (in addition to the main living room) a "chill" living room with a comfortable sofa bed.
A maximum of 8 people can sleep (2 double beds, a double sofa bed and a double mattress to put on the floor).
The area is particularly quiet although very close to the tram, the train and the dynamic town center of Pessac, and a few hundred meters from Bordeaux.
The space
The house is a very bright architect's construction of about ten years. On the ground floor the spaces are open and there is a large living room in two parts, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry room. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
A large terrace and the enclosed garden, not overlooked.
Guest access
A few steps separate the entrance from the living/dining room, a staircase leads to the first bedroom and a few additional steps lead to the second bedroom and the bathroom.
To go to the garden there is also a step to go down to the terrace then another to the second part of the terrace and a last one to access the garden.

Quiet residential area (detached townhouses), supermarket very close, and very good bakery less than 10 minutes walk.
Getting to my home
It is possible to come by train (Pessac station 15 minutes on foot), by plane (Bordeaux airport 15 minutes by car), by tram (stop 10 minutes on foot) and by bus (stop in front of the Maison des neighbors.
Finally, you can get around by bike or on foot in the neighborhood or in Bordeaux without any problem.
It is also possible to park for free on the street without any problem.

Getting around
You can walk to the supermarket in less than 10 minutes. in the neighborhood there is a bakery, and in the center of Pessac (15 minutes on foot) there is an excellent cinema, bars, restaurants, and all the local shops. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Tram (Doyen Brus stop), very convenient to go to Bordeaux center in 20 minutes.
