General overview
We live in a nice terraced house with a garden in a very child-friendly settlement in the south of Munich. Munich is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany.
A small stream flows through the settlement, where children like to play and there is a playground. The town of Taufkirchen is only 20 minutes from the city centre. An S-Bahn within walking distance goes to the city. The beautiful river Isar can be reached by bike in 20 minutes and Munich's mountains and lakes can be reached in 30-45 minutes by car. A perfect place for exploring the city or the Bavarian countryside, for hiking, cycling, etc. The house itself is newly renovated and offers everything a family needs.
The space
On the ground floor there is a hall, living room, kitchen, dining area and a toilet. The living room leads to the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs. A small green area is available in the garden with a slide and a sandbox. There is also a barbecue. On the first floor are 2 children's rooms, 1 bathroom and an office. In the attic is a large bedroom and a 2nd bathroom.
Cars can be parked in the free parking lots in front of the settlement.
Guest access
The house consists of ground floor, basement, 1st floor and attic. It is a terraced house in a settlement on the outskirts of Munich. It is therefore quiet and rural, but the hustle and bustle of the city can be reached very quickly.
Notes
We are a family of 2 boys aged 7 and 2.
In addition to German, we also speak English and Spanish.
We are happy to give tips on excursions in the area.

The neighborhood is more like a village, the house is in a housing estate surrounded by fields. A forest is within walking distance. There are numerous shops in the vicinity and a few, but good restaurants (Italian, Greek, Bavarian, Asian).
Within a radius of 20-40 km there are numerous cultural-historical (e.g. museums in Munich, barracks in Dachau) as well as sporty-recreational (e.g. Bavarian Alps, lakes) places.
