General overview
It is a magnificent Provençal bastide with a very large swimming pool protected in the heart of the pine forest on a hill with a splendid view of a massif.
The space
The swimming pool is very large, all in mosaic and an entirely new studio outbuilding overlooks it.
On the ground floor of the house there is a large living-dining room with fireplace and an open independent kitchen. Upstairs
4 bedrooms with double beds, a small bedroom with a single bed and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Outside a studio with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Covered terrace with games like table tennis and table football.
The land is 700 M2 it is completely camouflaged without opposite and a large gate with videophone allows to enter.
The garden is planted and wooded, very beautiful.
There is also a huge garden furniture outside as well as a very large table for 12 people, a barbecue for the summer season which starts early here, around May.
Guest access
Close to Marseille 2nd city of France and glued to Aix en Provence, this house is both preserved from all eyes and at the heart of multiple accesses.
Train bus car available on site to discuss but possible.
Notes
We are looking for an exchange on TORONTO for one month this summer 2022, then we will be looking for another exchange for one year which will start in July 2023 until July 2024. We will leave our car available to negotiate, it has 7 seats.

We live in a city of 15,000 inhabitants but our house is positioned on a hill in the pine forest, in a quiet area. We are surrounded by typical Provencal massifs with a magnificent view of a wooded hill, not overlooked.
We are a few minutes from an entrance to one of the largest highways in the south of France, which serves all the major towns around the Côte d'Azur.
If you dream of swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, taking a boat trip or going on long hikes, or even expanding with a stay in the mountains, everything is absolutely magnificent and accessible, and perfectly typical of Provence, the most popular region of our country.
We are 1H30 from Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, 3H by TGV from Paris the capital.
We can leave our car which has 7 seats, which will facilitate all your trips. You will be free to discover whatever you want.

Marseille airport by plane, TGV from Aix en Provence or Marseille or the A52 motorway.
Nearest airport
Marseille Provence 30 min.
Getting around
Everything can be done on foot in the village otherwise we leave our car.
