General overview
It is a 135m2 townhouse located in Brest, a military and sea port, that we completely renovated in 2018 with eco-responsible materials and treatments, as natural as possible.
It is located in a quiet area of the city center, close to amenities and not far from the sea. It benefits from a garden with terrace, not overlooked, which gives it an air of the countryside.
We feel good there with our 2 children and our cat Vader. Its location is ideal for enjoying the city and getting away from it quickly if necessary.
The house has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people:
2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed.
You can walk to the city center in less than 10 minutes.
The house is also well served by public transport located nearby which will take you to the city center, the beach and the marina where you can discover Océanopolis, museum dedicated to the Ocean

The space
The house with an area of 135 m2 extends over 3 levels of more or less 50m2 each. It is semi buried on the street side. The garden level is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen, the whole opening onto a terrace overlooking the garden without opposite. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall overlooking the living room, a bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room. The first floor is equipped with a game room / office with sea view, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Guest access
Located in a quiet street, it operates on 3 levels served by internal stairs: a garden level, a ground floor and a first floor. A private external staircase also leads from the ground floor to the garden level.

Neighbourhood
Quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city center and not far from the train station. You will find a minimarket a few hundred meters away as well as a tobacco bar which offers a bread deposit. The area is quiet and served by public transport.
