General overview
Our Ft. Myers condo is a 20-minute drive to two lovely beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
The space
Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is available in December and April only. It is part of a quaint condo association. We remodeled our one-story home in blues, greens and yellows, opened the kitchen for an open-air look, and graced our back patio with flowers and comfortable seating.
Our master bedroom has a TV, queen bed and a new barn door leading to the new bathroom with walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom has a daybed for two and is across from the bathroom with shower and tub.
Our front porch faces south for those afternoon naps, and we just added all new windows with screens. The laundry room is adjacent, and our two bicycles are parked just outside on our driveway.
This 55-plus community is so unique! Our horticulture committee has taken great pains with our palm trees, shrubs and many tropical flowering plants and trees. Our heated community swimming pool and clubhouse is the center of social interaction. In 2021 our clever men built a Tiki Bar for 10! Bocce ball, shuffleboard, mahjong and water aerobics are a few of the fun activities offered.
Our Kia Sorrento is yours to drive and seats 6. So many beaches are within a 15- to 45-minute drive away!!! Our favorites are the beaches on nearby is Sanibel Island.
Guest access
Guests can enter from our front or back door. No stairs as we are a one-story condo and an end unit.
Notes
Guests would be limited to one or two weeks due to association bylaws. Larry and I are seasoned exchangers with nine trades thus far in the US and Canada. We love sharing our home with others who are just as adventurous!

Neighbourhood
We are in a residential neighborhood of Ft. Myers. Our library is a 15-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and two churches in walking distance.
Getting to my home
Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) is the nearest main highway.
Nearest airport
Southwest Regional Airport is south of our condo, about a 20-minute drive.
Getting around
Guests are welcome to use our car during their stay, and we are also on a bus line to sites both in the city and to the Gulf beaches on Estero Island.
