Small house in town, 5 minutes walk - through the Forest Park with century-old trees - from the metro that takes you to the historic city center. The house has a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a large games room - office under the roof, a nice bright kitchen which gives access to the garden. There is a piano. Very large garden, rather wild, which gives a warm welcome to the birds and cats of the neighborhood (and to ours!)
