Hello, there! I have a charming, spacious one bedroom apartment (73 m2 or 780 sq ft) located in the most central area of the Arizona valley/ Maricopa county, the city of Tempe. The best way to describe my place is cozy, homey and welcoming. It can sleep up to 5/6 people total with a queen sized bed (room for 2) and a large couch that can sleep 1-2 people. There is also a queen air mattress if needed (fits 2). Nearby is Arizona State University, the infamous Mill Avenue, multiple malls, downtown Phoenix, museums, Old Town Scottsdale, grocery stores and restaurants, all just a few minutes away by car. Some restaurants are even within walking distance as well! Driving 5-30 minutes, you can be in the greater Phoenix area, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, or Queen Creek. Phoenix/Tempe is the perfect place for day or weekend trips as well! In 2.5 hours you can be in Flagstaff with lush forests, in 1.5/2 hours you can be in the stunning red rock city of Sedona, and in 1.5, Tucson, a foodie’s paradise. The Grand Canyon is approximately 3 hours from my apartment as well! Features fast WiFi, a 75 inch flatscreen TV with all of the streaming platforms for you to use, great air conditioning, a large and comfortable couch, full kitchen with toaster, Instapot, blender, etc., a clear desk with ergonomic chair and an 1 extra monitor if needed (the laptop and 1 monitor in the photo would be removed), a record player with several records for use, a coffee maker and pantry stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar and tea. In addition there are other thoughtful amenities throughout the apartment. I will admit, my home is the perfect place for a movie night! My suggestion: Door Dash or pickup Harkins movie theater popcorn for a delicious snack during your film! If you have any exchange suggestions or questions, please feel free to reach out! :)
