A spacious and modern house located at the exclusive area Nesøya, just 15/20 min outside Oslo, by the sea. 10 min. drive to cross country skiing terrain and down hill slopes/excellent hiking opportunities in summer. Walking distance to beach. 5 min. walk to commuting point, with express connection to Oslo. Ideally for photo shoots and commercial film making. Our home has been presented in several Scandinavian and Int. fashion- and home magazines. Nice getaway! The island is known for having a number of celebrities and members of the Norwegian financial elite among its residents. Much of the eastern part of the island is a nature reserve.Our house is located at the most exclusive area in Norway. 5 min from beaches and 2 min. from private bridge with our boat. 1 hour from the best downhill skiing, 15 min from Oslo. Its a very safe area with a lot of security and controls all the time. This is the most exclusive area in Norway. Very romantic, beautiful, clean, safe and perfect for families and romantic holidays. The house is not suited for small children or old people because of all the stairs in our house. We have a small familie Labrador and even though our home is kept really clean and fresh all the time and even though we in addition have professional cleaning of our house every week, we do not recommend our house for families that have allergies or are allergic to dogs.

Siamo una famiglia rispettosa non fumatori con 3 figlie (Ella Kamilla 12, Alma Kristine 15 e Vilde Sofie 19 anni). Siamo scambiatori di grande esperienza e facciamo scambi di casa da più di 5 anni. Amiamo questo modo di viaggiare e ci piace l'idea che le persone trascorrano una bella vacanza e tante belle esperienze a casa nostra. Mio marito ed io siamo innamorati del liceo (danesi e norvegesi). Mio marito è titolare di un'attività in proprio, all'interno dell'industria farmaceutica e io lavoro come assistente universitario, sono un pluripremiato Int. autore, int. relatore e commentatore. Adoriamo il fantastico design scandinavo e il nostro riflesso di casa. La nostra casa è stata descritta in riviste di design internazionali in Europa. La posizione della nostra casa è esclusiva, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, a 2 minuti dal ponte privato, a 15/20 minuti da Oslo e vicino alle montagne e allo sci. Vicino a tutto: negozi esclusivi, ristoranti, musei, sci, nuoto nell'oceano, mostre d'arte e centri commerciali. Siamo una famiglia estroversa e felice, che ama viaggiare, incontrare nuove persone, amare il buon cibo, leggere, scrivere, attività sportive, yoga e cibo salutare. Amiamo la vita all'aria aperta. Sci, escursionismo, vela, surf ecc. - e soprattutto - puoi fare tutto ciò a pochi minuti da casa nostra e ci piace condividerlo con te. Non vediamo l'ora di darvi il benvenuto a casa nostra!
