We live in East Perth, and enjoy views across the Swan River to the Crown Resort/ Casino, Optus stadium and several eateries. A new pedestrian bridge across the river is located nearby, giving easy access to all these amenities. Pathways along the river offer the opportunity for lovely walks or bike rides. This upscale area is on the edge of the city (about 20 minutes walk if you're feeling energetic), however, a free bus service runs into the city from just up the street, taking you into the heart of the city in minutes.
East Perth offers a wide selection of local restaurants and cafes, a waterfront tavern, supermarket, etc - all within a few minutes walk from our home.
Our location gives easy access to a selection of golf courses and beaches. The nearby Swan Valley has many wineries (well worth a visit), or you might like to drive south to visit the renowned Margaret River wineries and magnificent forest areas.
Perth is all about lifestyle - and we love it!

We built our beautiful three storey home in East Perth about 20 years ago. It has three bedrooms, each with a bathroom.
We enjoy views across the river to the new Optus stadium, accessible via a pedestrian bridge - which also gives access to restaurants and a micro brewery on the stadium side of the river.
The ground floor of our home offers a large ensuite bedroom with TV, sofa, and walk-in wardrobe. Also on this floor is a laundry room, with a rear courtyard with clothes line. There is an attached double garage with remote control operation, accessed from a rear laneway. A clothes dryer is located in the garage, if required.
On the middle level are the lounge and dining areas, kitchen, and another ensuite bedroom. Also a full width balcony with sun shades, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
The top floor has the master bedroom with balcony, a large separate bathroom, a study, and a living area with 52" LCD TV.

With two flights of stairs and high balconies we do not consider our home safe for young children.
Notas
Location is ideal for exploring/enjoying Perth.
Beaches and wineries are only a short drive away.
We are only interested in simultaneous exchanges.
