There are two bathrooms in the back of the house, the old part consists of 4 large rooms, (2 up and 2 down) with a small sitting room upstairs, there are 2 separate sets of stairs in the house

The area at one time consisted of a grocery store, school, local ball field, it is a small community outside the city limits of Frankfort, there are numerous distilleries and wineries, we are 1 hour to Louisville (for The Kentucky Derby), Shakertown is 1 hour away, Keeneland Race Track in Lexington is 45 minutes away, many attractions within an hours drive
Getting around
Located 10 minutes from Interstate 64, right off of Highway 60, downtown Frankfort, 10 minutes away with downtown trolley service
