SORRY, CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!!! This luxury "allergy free" spacious condo is located in the quiet and beautiful city of Surprise. An amazing place for Snowbirds to flock together making new friends, sharing stories, and enjoying the sunshine.

The space

Stay in a beautiful and well appointed gated community consisting of townhouse and condominium units. Enjoy the pool view, hot tub and the conveniences in the attached clubhouse. Located throughout he complex you will find a pristine heated swimming pool, hot tub, bocci ball court, outdoor stretching stations, gym, yoga room, craft room, clubhouse with a couple of large screen tv’s, pool table, business center with 2 computer stations, library of novels on courtesy loan and a clubhouse kitchen. There are a variety of social gatherings which meet on a weekly basis during snow bird season.

Guest access

This is a ground floor unit with two easy entrance/exit points. One out to the pool and the other into the common hallway corridor where you will find the elevator, trash bin room, main glass door entrance and a interior clubhouse entrance with so much more! Fobs are required for access.
