The space
Our bright one-bedroom apartment has everything you need and is in the heart of the city near Central Station. A living area with a large sofa and dining table to seat 4. A bright and spacious bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe. An appropriately equipped kitchen, housing all the kitchen appliances you may need.
Guest access
The apartment has its own street access with a video intercom. There is a couple of stairs (see photo) in order to reach the entry.

Located in the heart of the Chippendale, next to Central Park Shopping Mall with lots of places to eat and our very own famous Spice Alley on Kensington St next door KOI Dessert Bar must try!!
Walking Distance towards Broadway Shopping Centre, Market City Paddy's Market, and Chinatown.
Chippendale is a small underground, creative, and funky suburb. It is home to cafes, art galleries, restaurants, bars, parks, and a big sustainable community that keeps verge gardens full of fruit, vegetables, and herbs for all to share.

We came across People Like Us last year and were really excited to complete our first home swap in Bali but had to cancel because of Covid. Since the international borders are closed, we would like to discover Australia as much as possible!
Dorian works as an Account Manager in Finance whilst Dan runs his Music School in Sydney.
