General overview
Our house stay's in a very green district in the beautifull city Utrecht, the center of the Netherlands.
Amsterdam is just about 40 minutes away by train !!
The space
Our front yard faces south and there is sun all day long when it shines. The garden behind we call our forest garden and is so long that there is always sun or shade. Both gardens are very sheltered, offer a lot of privacy and have nice seating areas with a patio behind.
We have a living, a dining room and kitchen in one, about 40 square meter. In the entree hall you can find the toilet and the stairs to the second floor; here you can find the master bedroom, the bathroom and the guest room with on request a baby bed.
A second stairs leads you to the hobby attic were also is a possibility for one or two guests. This is the only room where is no hard floor, here is used karpet.
Guest access
Entree via the front garden with a shed and a very sunny seat, three floors, two stairs and a back garden.
Notes
There are 3 (electric) bicycles available and the washing machine may of course be used, as well as the dishwasher the Quooker and other equipment like
microwave, induction hob, oven, bread maker, refrigerator dishwasher.
Garden furniture and umbrellas are provided.
In consultation, more children may be welcome in the attic room, but there are not very much toys.

In the immediate vicinity you can walk or bike beautifully and the neighborhood is also very green.
Getting around
The shops are a 3-minute bike ride including an Albert Hein, pharmacy, hairdressing salon, ect.
The city center or e.g. the entertainment area are ~ 15 minutes by bike from us or you can choose te take the bus or even the train. The Busstop is 400 meter, it goes to Utrecht (central station) via line 8 in 15 minutes, you als have a train station in lunetten, you reach it by bus in 5 minutes.

Member description
We are Doke & Allard (66-61) and Joekie a small dog and we live in Utrecht in the green neighborhood Lunetten.
Allard is Technical Assistent on a high school in Zeist and is practising many technical hobbies.
Me, Doke, are retired sinds a short time, i'm not interested in technics but I am very social😉
Normaly we want to exchange our home with other people, special from Italy, Portugal, Austria, Switserland, Spain, France, and GB, but sinds the Corona these year we only accept Exchange with The Netherlands or Belgium.
We take with us a small dog called Joekie, it is a golden doodle with hypoallergenic quality, she is very sweet, doesn't loose hair and is very quiet.
We like to visit quiet places and don't visit the commercial area's too often.
We like to bike and walk the country and visit the local village's and small towns
