General overview
It is a recent house, totally fenced 5 minutes walk from the village of La Suze de la Rivière and its shops and activities.
The space
It is a recent house fully fenced with electric gate.
In the garden you will find everything you need to rest, toast and dine when the time comes. Children will also find space to play there (in summer we set up a small tubular swimming pool for children).
@ 1. On the ground floor:
you will find a large entrance and a large living room of 60 m2 which includes an open kitchen, living room, dining room and office / creative room.
In the kitchen: all the necessary crockery and household appliances for a family life!
In the living/dining room: tv, wi-fi, Netflix etc...
In the creative corner you will have access to the electronic piano, calligraphy, painting and sewing equipment.
1 extra bedroom (double bed) which is also currently a video games room (tv, wii, ps3...) with its shower room.
There is also the cellar (washing machine dryer) and the garage on the ground floor.
@2. Upstairs:
A large master suite (160 electric bed) with shower room.
2 teenager's rooms with 1 bed of 90 in each

Neighbourhood
We are in a residential area, there is a small park 2 steps from the house and access to a pretty wood 400m away.
Getting around
Basic necessities stores are within walking distance: butcher, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, tobacconist, florist, restaurant, swimming pool.
To go to Le Mans or Paris / Tours / Nantes etc... it is possible to take the train because among the shops there is also a train station within walking distance.
The ideal and the simplest is still to have the car to discover the countryside and the small surrounding villages. If you need a rental, my husband works in this area and can organize it for you.
