North Wales is a wonderful place to live and visit with miles of stunning coastline, mountains, castles and many areas designated as outstanding natural beauty. Our detached bungalow has been lovingly renovated over the last year to make a comfortable and stylish seaside home. We live down a private lane with direct access to the promenade and a wonderful beach where we have the most amazing sunsets. We're close to shops, restaurants and pubs yet so quiet and peaceful. It is easy to arrange a 2 centre holiday with our home in Spain as budget airlines fly from Liverpool or Manchester to Alicante, Spain
We have a large lounge, a dining kitchen with separate utility room and south facing conservatory, perfect for sunny afternoons and evenings. There are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes one with ensuite shower room and a large family bathroom. Upstairs there is another lounge/tv room with sea views. Our front garden is mainly seaside pebbles ( complete with shells, youre welcome to add to it) and our back garden is walled and again low maintenance with a huge patio area and well stocked borders. There is a separate utility area with washing line and access to our back field where we keep our motorhome.
The bungalow is on one level apart from the upstairs lounge. There is a long, private drive with plenty of parking
Although we live down a private lane, we are within minutes to shops, restaurants, take aways, a post office.
We generally walk into our nearest town, Rhyl, along the promenade where the views towards the Great Orme in the front and Clwydian hills at the back, are a perfect backdrop for a walk along the shore. As we have two homes and a motorhome, non simultaneous exchange is possible

We live down a private lane with direct access to the beach and next to a golf course.Rhyl is a typical seaside town with promenade, beautiful gardens and a wonderful theatre where many shows direct from the West End are presented. Attached to the theatre is a restaurant and further along the prom is a new pub/restaurant where you can enjoy a meal or beer overlooking the sea. The Lifeboat station is a short walk away but the best part is the miles of stunning beach with the most amazing sunsets. Walk in the opposite direction and you come to Prestatyn, another seaside resort but within minutes youre in beautiful countryside. If you enjoy history Rhuddlan, Conway and Caernavon castles are a short drive away as is Snowden. You can actually surf or learn to in the surfing centre ontop of Snowden or for the really brave, the longest zip wire in Europe in Llanberis. You could get a ferry to Ireland from Anglesey, a 40 min drive away
Our nearest international airport is Manchester and there is a direct rail link from the airport to Rhyl(or Prestatyn, both 10 mins by bus or car). On the main road from our home, about 5mins walk, there is a regular bus service to Rhyl (change here for Llandudno or Chester) and Prestatyn. Liverpool airport is about 90mins drive. We have local shops, hairdresser, pharmacy and take aways but there are larger supermarkets in Prestatyn and Rhyl and further afield in Llandudno. A car would give you access to many more areas and we could arrange a car swap
