General overview
We live in a lovely beach town about 1-1.5 hours South of Los Angeles. The beach is large, family friendly, and has a bike path that stretches for 22 miles(!), connecting all of the LA county beaches. The beach, a kid friendly park, 2 grocery stores, several coffee shops, and multiple restaurants are within 10-15 walking distance.
The space
Our home has 3BR, 2BA, and a modern, open layout. We enjoy beautiful ocean views from the main living area (kitchen, dining, and living room) as well as the master bedroom.
Guest access
Single level home with a deck off the back and stairs down to our yard.
Notes
It would be easiest for us to let the home out as a 2BR (so that we can more easily store our belongings), but we would consider requests for all 3 bedrooms.
