Neighbourhood

We live in a diverse, urban neighborhood just a five-minute drive from downtown Sarasota's dynamic mix of galleries, antique shops, restaurants and cafes, Whole Foods, Publix, and the lively Saturday Farmer's Market. Bayfront Park, with its bustling marina, meandering walking paths, idyllic picnic spots and waterside restaurants, is a hop, skip and jump away. There's a park two blocks away and another park, overlooking gorgeous Sarasota Bay, just across the street. Our home is just a few minutes drive to a host of theaters and performing spaces, including Sarasota Opera, Florida Studio Theatre, and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and Ringling College of Art and Design. Just 10 minutes north is The Ringling Museum, Sarasota Ballet, Asolo Rep, New College of Florida and the University of South Florida. And beach lovers are a five-minute drive from the John Ringling Causeway, which leads to St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach and the scenic drive to Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island.

Getting around

We are 10 minutes or less by car from SRQ Airport. We're a five-minute drive to the John Ringling Bridge that takes you to swanky St. Armands Circle with its boutiques and cafes and the glorious sugary white sand beaches of Lido Key. From there you can drive to Longboat Key and discover even more stunning beaches and endless stretches of the pristine Gulf of Mexico.
