Two stone-built, 18th/19th-century Welsh vernacular former lead miner & crofters' cottages now forming a single residence.

2 bedrooms (both double), 1 bathroom. The kitchen retains its original Cardiganshire hood above the wood-burning range. The garden is a third of an acre with mini-orchard, vegetable plot and stream running along one boundary. There is off-road parking for 2 vehicles.

2-storey cottage - access to the crog loft bedrooms is via the original ladders. Not suitable for young children, dogs or people with mobility issues.
