the house is near the center city of Tours near the railways station (10mn by foot) in a nice neighborhood near market, supermarket and little shops

The house has a nice garden (200 M2) with a summer kitchen (pizzas oven and plancha) the big living area has a kichen, a big table to eat with a big windows to see the garden just near is the lounge with fire place in the first floor, you have 2 rooms (one with double bed and the other with several mattress and a shoxer), a bathroom and a wc both rooms has access to a roof top at the second floor, there are 2 rooms with double bed
