An very typical family home in Desborough, a sleepy English village located in Northamptonshire.
Within a 5 minute walk you can be at the local 'pocket park', or in the countryside. Northamptonshire has a large number of country parks so our home is ideal located for active families or those who like exploring nature.
The house has three bedrooms, a master, a children's room with bunk beds (which are strong enough to accommodate adults too) and an office with fold-out sofa.
Downstairs there is an open plan living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and a conservatory which doubles as the children's playroom, with enough dress-ups, board games, Duplo and toys to keep your kids happy for weeks!
Outside, we have a large garden with climbing frame and a low maintenance garden which may need mowing during longer sits in summer.
There is off-street parking for up to two cars on the driveway, or a small motorhome can also fit.
The house is split over two floors so isn't suitable for those with limited mobility.
