Located in Ocean Beach, known as "OB" locally, a charming beach neighborhood and the closest beach to downtown San Diego. At times called California's last authentic beach community, this secluded part of San Diego is often only disturbed by the flights overhead. Ocean Beach is San Diego's only urban beach. The streets are small and the amenities are close. Everything is within walking distance including groceries, coffee, beer, pizza, and a host of other fantastic restaurants. More information - A short walk to the beach - 2 miles to Sea World - 3 miles to Belmont Park - 4 miles to Old Town - 5 miles to the Airport - 7 miles to Little Italy - 8 miles to Downtown - 8 miles to the Convention Center - 8 miles to the Gas Lamp Quarter - 8 miles to the Zoo - 9 miles to La Jolla

Member description
We’re a local San Diego family, a local designer & developer and realtor who along with some friends had a crazy dream of building some prefabricated homes on the beach to visit with our family from time to time. These three beach houses are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. The portuguese cobblestone, an homage to the Copacabana boardwalk is a nod to my Brazilian heritage. We love sharing our homes with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. We’re often staying in one of the homes with our families, our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!
