General overview
My space is a 60m2 flat, fourth floor, with lots of light. It's in the neighbourhood of Tetuán, near Cuatro Caminos. It's a very traditional and lively area of Madrid, and it also has now many international restaurants and bars, specially Dominican. It's nearby Nuevos Ministerios and Chamberi.
The space
I have a double sofa-bed in the living room, and a queen bed in the bedroom. There's also a separate little room that I use as an office. Tiny but beautiful kitchen.
Guest access
There is not a lift in the building, so you'll have to walk up 4 floors.
Notes
My house has very beautiful earthenware tiles that cannot be washed with soap, but only water.
