The space

Our real but independent MINI-chalet dating from 1891 is located in the center of one of the authentic and preserved hamlets of Courchevel, typically Savoyard, in a quiet pedestrian alley (50m from the free car park) and only 5/7 minutes from the shops. and mechanical remittances serving the entire area At 1000m altitude, our very warm chalet of a total of 35 m2 on 3 floors is planned: -For 4 people in winter, with 1 bedroom + a totally independent mountain sleeping area with WC and washbasin (sleeping area: a very small flexiblex bedroom) - For 2 in the summer (The night corner is condemned to store our winter belongings) It is small-cosy, with very good bedding and everything you need to prepare good meals, really very cute. Perfect for skiing in the "3 valleys" or day hikes in the Parc de la Vanoise. Our hamlet is connected to the Courchevel-le Praz gondolas serving the peaks of Courchevel and the 3 valleys by a free shuttle bus in 7 min (3km). Attention! We are not at the foot of the slopes: Return to the chalet by shuttle, not on skis. Layout: - On the 1st floor: "l'Alpage" (16 m2) An independent bedroom, bright, with a double bed (140X200), separate bathroom with wc. - On the ground floor: a living room (12 m2) with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, real oven, dishwasher, microwave, raclette, fondue, senséo...) and dining area with fireplace farm. Flat screen and wifi connection, DVD, library. - In flexiblex: "Le refuge" (8 m2) Independent mountain sleeping area + wc 2 single beds side by side possible to unite in 1 single double for 2 people 160X190) with wc and basin, fenestron.
