General overview

Detached house, from the Fifties, completely renovated in 2011, in a quiet and children-friendly area. Close to the city center. Good public transport. With terrace and garden. On the ground floor: open kitchen, fully equipped (dish washing machine, induction cooktop) linked with an open dining room (table for 4 people, can be enlarged until 12 persons) and living room with a closed fireplace, on this floor there is also a guest toilet. On the first floor one bedroom with balcony and 160cm bed, second bedroom with 120cm bed and 3rd bedroom with a 100cm bed. Here you find the bathroom, too, with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there is a large masterbedroom, desk and dressing corner and a second bathroom with bathtub/shower. Three rooms in the basement, one with washing mashine, dryer and ironing facilities. The house is surrounded from 3 sides by the garden, with terace on the south side, a seating place in front of the house and a lawn in the back. We also have a garage, but for garden stuff, not for a car. We can provide barbeque facilities, a fire bowl and a hammock, as well as bikes.

Neighbourhood

Ramersdorf is a residential quarter in the south east of Munich, to the city center (Marienplatz) it is exactly 5 km, 25 minutes by public transport, even less by bike. A few nice restaurants/biergartens are close by, shops/supermarket for daily needs within 5 min walking distance, a public swimmingpool within 7 min by bike. Also a large park, the Ostpark with beer garden, is around the corner. Munich has a lot to offer, concerning culture, theater, concerts, exhibitions and museums, of course a wide range of shopping facilities and continuously a bunch of the most different events. And, besides that, the city has a lot of green, parks, the river Isar, forest etc. The surrounding is very attractive, too. With less than an hours' drive you reach the first alpine mountains, the famous Bavarian lakes like Chiemsee, Tegernsee, Starnberger See and Ammersee and King Ludwig's castles. The landscape around is perfect for biking and walking.

Getting around

Close to the city center. Good public transport, subway 10 Min. Busses 5 Min.
