Our house is cozy and comfortable. The main living areas (including the master bedroom) are located on the
main floor. A newly remodeled kitchen opens to the dining room that is surrounded by a large deck, a
popular place to eat, read, relax and entertain because of the wonderful weather in Boulder. Two
bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft area with a large TV are located upstairs.

Our house is located in a quiet single-family neighborhood with easy and convenient bike paths that
connect all over and around town. Downtown Boulder is a short bike ride or 7 minute drive.
Although Boulder is a relatively small city, it is rich in culture because it is home it is a college town and close
to Denver. Free music events occur all over town through the summer and a wonderful farmer's
market is the place to be on Saturday morning and Wednesday afternoons. Boulder is also well known for
great restaurants, many with farm to table ingredients. The “flatirons” views from almost every vantage
point make Boulder a very special place.
Downtown Denver is only a 30 minute drive but can also be conveniently accessed by bus from Boulder. Denver is a
large city with all the amenities--theater, opera house, museums and major sports (baseball, football,
Colorado is outdoor country! Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the most visited parks in the country is
less than an hour drive from our house and has incredible hiking in the beautiful mountains. We are
surrounded by awesome hikes and bike trails closer to town that satisfy athletes and those seeking more leisurely adventures. Recreation centers offer tennis courts, pickleball and swimming.
Location, Location, Location!!! On a quite cul-de-sac located 10 minutes from downtown and hikes in
the foothills. Colorado also has incredible weather with more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The dry
climate results in comfortable weather even during the summer. Hot Springs abound in Colorado and can
be reached within an hour to 4 hour drive. Ski resorts abound with local destinations only an hour away
(Winter Park, Loveland, Eldorado Springs), while Vail, Copper and Breckinridge are only bout a 2 hour
drive through the beautiful Rocky Mountains. These ski areas also offer great outdoor activities in the summer.
