The apartment is within a small 28-unit building that was converted in 2004 from a former printing press. The units are loft style, with a modern, industrial look. The building is very quiet, with no units above or below and great sound insulation side to side. There is a walk-out patio (14 sq m) with barbeque and furniture.
The building is ground oriented, with stairs at both entrances and is not suitable for those who are not ambulatory. The unit is a two-storey loft, and stairs between the main downstairs kitchen and living area, and the upstairs den and bedroom. There are bathrooms on both levels.
