Simple family house loacted in a small town just outside of Rotterdam and The Hague which are both about 30 minutes drive away.
The house is a 2 storey 3 bedrromed with an attic as an extra space when necessary. The groundfloor has the living room, a semi-open kitchen and toilet. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an attic whch we only use for laundry or extra space.

It is situated in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the sea which sometimes you could hear the horns of big ships sailing across. the beach at Hoek van Holland is just 8 km away, The house itself Is on a quite street within 10 minutes walking distance to the shopping centre and a local supermarket just around the corner
There is a bus stop near by and a metro line to the city of Rotterdam in 20 minutes. For shopping, supermarkets and a local shopping mall is at a walking distance.
