General overview

A spacious, new and luxurious family house just 30 minutes to the centre of Prague

Video tour here https://vimeo.com/340849966 :) :) Our house was built in 2016 when we returned back from Australia to spend some time with our family. The house has three huge bedrooms (one queen size bed, in the other two rooms, are bunk beds - the bottom one is 140 cm wide and the top one is 100 cm wide) , one study with a sofa bed, two spacious bathrooms with toilets (bath tube, shower upstairs, shower downstairs) single garage, luxurious kitchen with all amenities (sorry we don't have microwave), fireplace, huge 8 seated sofa which can be converted in to double bed (sorry we don't have any TV). All-natural materials, self-sufficient garden, two cats :). You overlook four horses from our garden. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Cleaner included if needed :)

Getting around

We may provide our SUV if needed so you can get to the train station (4 minutes by car - Klanovice Train station, 23 minutes to get to the city center - Masarykovo nadrazi). A local supermarket is just 15 minutes walking distance in the village. Great football field with a pub where you can get really great meals! You can get to the ski resorts within 1,5-3 hours drive.

We are a travelling family of four (used to live in the UK (London), Australia (Lennox, head, Central Coast), currently living in Prague, Czech Republic and we offer our spacious, new house in Prague for a swap. We have experienced one home swap so far and we loved it :) It was between Australia and the Czech Republic. We only started last year (2018) and looking forward to more exchanges. Our favourite destination is Australia where we stay 3-5 months every year and of course other countries such as NZ, Pacific Islands, Costa Rica and wherever ocean and sunshine dominate :). We are very respectful and look after any property as it is ours. We look for another exchanges between Nov 2019 - March/April 2020 anywhere in Australia, NZ, Pacific :)
