General overview

I'm open to swap homes pretty much anytime, since I am working as a freelance auther. My apartment is a two room apartment, very light and nicely furnished - perfect for one or two people, but with room for four.

The space

It´s a 48 qm, two room flat, there is a big living and sleeping room with a sofa bed for two, furthermore a very cozy study with lots of books, and the well equiped kitchen. I don't have a real bathroom, just a tiny toilet, and the shower is in the kitchen.

Guest access

Gardenhouse first floor

Notes

I am open for any home exchange, but right now I'm especially interested in the northern Scandinavia.

Neighbourhood

It´s a pretty quite and nice neighbourhood, even so there´s everything you need: Two supermarkets, one organic market and a delicatessen market just around the corner, a few late night shops (3 minutes walk), a coffeeshop, a nice bar (former cinema) in the street and a concerthouse and cinema. Furthermore you can easily reach the beautiful old jewish cemetery and the White Lake, which are my personal highlights in the area. Besides you can take the Tram 12 and you´ll be at Eberswalderstraße in 5 minutes. Also Friedrichstraße, Alexander Platz, Hackescher Markt and Osloer Straße are very close by.

Getting around

Weißensee is pretty close to Prenzlauer Berg, the hip neighborhood in Eastern Berlin. But you can get pretty much everywhere in Berlin within 30 to 40 minutes by taking the metro or tram.

Charlotte

I'm open for anything. Right now I'm especially looking for a place in northern Scandinavia or Iceland. In October I'll be gone for a weekend and again for around a week. So if anyone wants to spend some days in Berlin, you're welcome to live in my apartment in exchange for a globe.
