Beautiful view of the harbor and Destin bridge, this spacious 3 bdrm/2.5 bath home is on the water with an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen, dining area, and half bath on one floor; all 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the top floor. Master bdrm has en suite bath. 2nd bath is in the hall. All bdrms have a flatscreen tv. Relax on the deck over the water. Jump in and cool down. 3 blocks to O'Steen beach. Very convenient to Destin Harborwalk, Crab Island, Winn Dixie and many amenities.

THe living room has a flat screen tv and 2 pull out sofa sleepers. There is a small foosball table that also serves as a coffee table. Lots of fun playing on that. Board games are provided. The dining table seats 6; it is surrounded on 2 sides with glass overlooking the deck at the water. THe kitchen is quite large with ample countertop space, side by side fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Many small appliances, including coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot. FUll complement of dishware, cookware, utensils, etc. The bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. The Master bedroom is quite large with a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a small balcony that overlooks the water. The en suite bathroom has a stand alone shower, jetted tub, and double sink vanity. The other two bedrooms are smaller. Both have flat screen tvs. Both have access to the guest bathroom across the hall. One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds; one has a queen size bed.

The building has 3 floors. This unit is located on the top 2 floors of the building. Access to the unit is via stairs. The unit has keyless door locks, so check in is very easy. A tenant uses the 1st floor apartment sporadically during the summer; in the recent past, it has been made available to snowbirds during the winter.

THe home is located on Holiday Isle. It is very peaceful, away from the hub bub, and yet very close to activities. Beaches are within easy walking distance. Clubs/restaurants can be accessed by water taxi in season or by car. Many nearby amenities and activities. If you are interested, I can provide links to a number of activities, from boating to golf, etc.

Primarily, the neighbors are either full time or summer time residents. There are currently 2 neighbors who rent their home for short term rentals. We are walking distance to 2 beaches.

Uber and Lyft are available in the area. There is also a water taxi that operates in season to bring you to the Harborwalk for clubs, restaurants, and shopping. Many activities are accessible by car.
