General overview
My apartment is a one bedroom , in a design building at the last floor . It has a wide bedroom and a living room with its open kitchen , it's at last floor of the design building in a very eclectic neighborhood in Paris between the 17th and the hipster area of the 18th arrondissmeent.
You will find a kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking .I usually cook organic and vegetarian foods and can recommend couple of places for organic grocery near by.
The space
The living room is largest and bright , I have a couple of plants that I would love to have someone to take care of them while I am away , I love my coach too it make my apartment looks very bohemian atmosphere. In the room , you will find a bed, a sitting area , drawers and shelves.
The apartment has bathroom and with its own TOILET , it is rather small but comfortable
My apartment has been renovated recently , most of the furniture are new but as most of the old Parisian apartment need to keep the windows open to keep the moist out.

The apartment is located on the sixth and last floor of a design building with its lift (but the old Parisian elevators are unfortunately too small to accommodate a wheelchair)
Notes
You can enjoy a view of paris roof and enjoy a coffee with that view in a quite espace early morning .
The bathroom has a windows on its roof and it can be open remotely , if you leave it open during the night , birds come sing over the windows . it can feel nice to wake up to such song.

The village-like district of Batignolles is known for its unusual shops and quaint brasseries, as well as for the English gardens of the Batignolles Square. The bohemian streets surrounding Place de Clichy have trendy bars. The neighboring area of Pont-Cardinet Station is part of an eco-neighborhood surrounding Martin Luther King Park.
I walk to Montmartre in 20 minute , can reach the Pigalle and th 9th in 30 min. the ego hipster 18th is 10 min walk away.
Getting around
I usually move around paris by feet or bike . The closest metro is 3 min away though.
