The house is a typical English townhouse on 4 floors with 1 double bedroom and 3 kids bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. Two Reception rooms on first floor, where one room has fire place. Kitchen with big dining space/room and another fire place is on the ground floor.
Street and garden entrance from ground floor. The Garden area at the rear of the house has a Terrace, accessed directly from the house (with dining BBQ/table/chairs), where stairs go down to garden with green lawn and another seating area at the very rear of the garden.
In general a quite big and spacious house with high ceilings and big windows. The street is a very quiet tree lined street with very nice atmosphere and neighbours. A 5 minute walk to huge green park - Regents Park and from there across the park in about 20 min you are in the West End. Around the corner form our street is the well-known and very vibrant Camden Market. Numerous shops, cafe's and restaurants just around the corner from our little oasis of a street.
Tube and buses to every direction as Camden Town is very much a 'spider in the web' in terms of public transport.
We just love the location!
We have a late Georgian (1850's) family town house with big green garden situated in Camden Town, just by Regents Park. Ideal position in London with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars -a busy city life around one corner and a huge green park (Regents Park) around the other (with several play grounds and tennis courts as well as ponds, while the house itself is on a calm, nice, tree lined street. You walk across Regents Park in 20 minutes and you are in the very heart of London and all it has to offer! You walk 5 minutes in the other direction and you are in the very heart of buzzing Camden Market. Excellent public transport to nearly all directions in London. We love the location as it is central London yet green and calm nearby areas.
4 floor with garden to rear as well as front seating area.
We have a cat and a hamster that would very much liked to be cuddled and fed. :-)
We love travelling and exploring so always open for exchanges to all corners of the world! We have done many exchanges in the past and we think it is a fantastic way of seeing and experiencing new places!
