Looking for long stays ideally.
Located in between Chester and Liverpool (20 minutes by car or train to each) our contemporary, high end home offers a great location, in a peaceful neighbourhood to explore the charm of England.
We are tidy, respectful, professionals and our home sleeps: 6. Our spacious, luxurious, attractively decorated, three story house, has four bedrooms and two and half bathrooms, with top of the range everything and overlooks beautiful fields.
The ground floor offers two sitting rooms with flat screen HD TV’s and DVD players, satellite TV, a WC, a laundry room with washing machine and Miele tumble dryer, a dining room and large fully equipped, modern kitchen overlooking our beautiful manicured garden on three sides, with; granite breakfast island, dishwasher, double (self cleaning) ovens, 6 burner Neff hob offering additional cooking capacity, large fridge and large freezer.
There are 6 patio doors that open to create an indoor/ outdoor living experience. The English garden showcases beautiful seasonal flowers with an orchard containing many apples, pears, cherries and blueberries.
Listen to the sounds of various birds that sing as you walk through the private garden that leads out onto beautiful fields leading to woodland park- with skyline views across the river Mersey to Liverpool or relax on a seat on one of our two patios with a book, a glass of wine, whilst dining outside with our huge gas BBQ providing a memorable experience.
For your comfort, the first floor with views over the fields, offers two double bedrooms and a large nursery with two cot beds up to the age of four years. The main bathroom has large bath, shower, heated towel rail and under-floor heating etc.
The quiet top floor feels like a five star hotel, with brand new king-size bed, en-suite with overhead rainfall shower, heated towel rail and under-floor heating, separate walk in wardrobe all overlooking beautiful fields. Lie in bed and watch the stars through our Velux window or to add to the rest and relaxation expected during your visit and watch one of the many movies or box sets included in our satellite TV package.
We also have an automatic Subaru Tribeca SUV that we would happily consider including use of, in the swap.
We have a gardener and a cleaner.
We have two clean cats (who are only ever allowed in the back of the house), but THEY WILL NOT BE IN THE HOUSE FOR SWAPS, we will send them to our cat sitter.
We are experienced home and points swappers and have had only wonderful experiences as have the families that have stayed here.
To Do and See:
Within minutes there are the famous Port Sunlight Historic Village and quaint Willaston, one of the UK's most celebrated villages.
Liverpool has everything you would expect from a cosmopolitan city, with highlights including; lots for Beatles fans, two widely different cathedrals, the famous Tate Art Gallery, the beautiful Albert Docks and from Crosby Beach the surreal, haunting art work by Antony Gormley- an army of iron statues of men look out to sea.
The beautiful walled city of Chester, sitting on the river Dee will satisfy with its mixture of Tudor architecture and also remains from its Roman past.
The house is within one hour is the stunning Peckforton castle or the city of Manchester.
If you like shopping you we have a vast array, from many designer shopping areas such as Liverpool One or the enormous Trafford Centre all the way through to nearby Designer Outlet Centre- Cheshire Oaks.
For golf enthusiasts we have the Royal Liverpool Golf Course in Hoylake that often hosts the Open and many other courses within walking distance.
The are many great restaurants including Michelin starred Fraiche in Oxton Village.
If you are feeling adventurous you could use the house as a base to explore other places take the train from Liverpool to London which takes 2 hours and from London you can catch a short train to Paris or perhaps to Edinburgh 3 hours from Liverpool.
Located between Liverpool and Manchester airports both with large and budget airlines.
